[castor-dev] Castor 1-3 GA - Release plan

Hello,

for those of you wondering about the release plans for Castor, this is
just to let you know that I am about three or four issues away from
making Castor 1.3 GA available. For those interested in what's to be
resolved before the imminent release, please browse to

and have a look at the 1.3 release tag.

Any comments would be appreciated.
